The final cleaning costs of € 50.00 and a one-time booking fee of € 10.00 are included in the total price of your booking.
The costs for electricity are calculated according to consumption = approx. € 0.35 / kWh.
Furthermore, the price includes a parking space at the house, the use of all equipment elements mentioned in the description as well as the use of the garden belonging to the house. You will also be provided with a "starter package" consisting of a cleaning cloth, dish towel and a roll of toilet paper.

One-time booking fee:
We charge a one-time booking fee of 10,00 €.
Final cleaning:
The final cleaning fee is € 50.00, regardless of season and length of stay.
Electricity costs:
The cost of the electricity used (€ 0.35 / kWh) is calculated according to consumption and deducted from the deposit at check-out.
Additional services:
Optionally, you can book a towel and/or bed linen set as well as additional sheets/cushion covers. The price of the towel set is € 15.00 per person. The price of a bed linen set for one person is € 15.00 each.
Pets:
Pets are allowed. We charge an additional fee of 25,00 € per animal/stay which has to be paid in cash on arrival.
Deposit:
A refundable deposit of 100,00 € is due, which has to be deposited cash at the check-in.
Payment plan:
50% of the booking amount is due upon direct booking or upon receipt of the booking confirmation as a deposit. The balance has to be paid 14 days before arrival.
Payment:
You can pay by PayPal, credit card or direct debit.
Cancellation conditions:
100% of the deposit paid is refundable if the booking is cancelled 60 days prior to arrival or earlier.
50% of the payments made are refundable if the booking is cancelled 30 days before arrival or earlier (up to 59 days before arrival).
25% of the payments made are refundable if the booking is cancelled 14 days before arrival or earlier (up to 29 days before arrival).
If you find a replacement tenant for the booked period, there are no cancellation fees. In this case, please inform us immediately of the names and contact details of the respective persons.
Cancellation must be made in writing.
In the event of early departure, the guest has no claim to reimbursement.
We recommend that our guests take out travel cancellation insurance.
Smoking:
Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment.
Arrival and departure:
Check-In: from 16:00 / Check-Out: 09:00 Please inform us in advance about the planned arrival time. In case of a planned arrival after 18:00 h we would like to ask you to contact us at least 24 h before arrival.
On arrival:
On arrival we ask you to keep copies of the identity cards of all holiday guests as well as the deposit due. After the written conclusion of the rental agreement, the keys to the holiday home will be handed over to you.
